WARRANTIES

A. COMPLETE KITS - COMPLETE UPPER ASSEMBLIES WITH BOLT CARRIER ASSEMBLY
Model 1 Sales LTD offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the initial purchaser, that under normal conditions, our complete weapons parts sets or complete upper halve assemblies with bolt and carrier will be free from defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover the following items:
  1. Normal wear of surface or protective finishes
  2. Any alteration of the upper assembly from its original purchased configuration
  3. Any alteration or repair made by a non-authorized party
  4. Normal wear of springs and contact surfaces
  5. Any item which was installed incorrectly by the purchaser
  6. Any damage caused by incorrect purchaser assembly
  7. Neglect, corrosion, misuse or unsafe handling.

B. Warranty Exclusions
The following actions will void your limited lifetime warranty.
  1. The use of hand loaded –reloaded or remanufactured ammunition. This ammunition is dangerous
  2. Removal , threading, or re-crowning the barrel
  3. Changing the contour of the barrel
  4. Polishing, grinding , honing or buffing any metal surfaces
  5. Any alteration of the chamber or barrel extension.
  6. All armorers tools and accessories

Model 1 Sales LTD. warrants that all other Model 1 Sales branded products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Products available from Model 1 Sales which are not Model 1 Sales products are warranted exclusively by their manufacturer. The Model 1 Sales limited lifetime warranty or limited 1 year warranty does not apply or cover these items. Model 1 Sales LTD., assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any item in transit, which is being returned to Model 1 Sales for warranty evaluation. Model 1 Sales LTD. at its discretion will either repair or replace any parts which they determine are defective. Model 1 Sales, LTD will pay the return shipping and insurance fees, providing the return item was determined defective. The limited lifetime warranty and limited 1 year warranty are nontransferable. All armorers’ tools and accessories are not covered under this warranty and are non-returnable.

1. RETURNS – REFUNDS

The purchaser is allowed a 10 day inspection period; from date they receive their order, to inspect their purchase. During this time, the purchaser must inform Model 1 Sales of any shortage, damage or discrepancy with their order so that it may be resolved. Model 1 Sales LTD, will not be responsible for any shortage or damage to any package if they are not notified by the purchaser within the 10 day inspection period. During this time, the customer may return their purchase for the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Returns during this period may be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. All returns must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging. Any returns which have been used or damaged will not be refunded.

If the purchaser wishes to return an item after the 10 day inspection period, the purchaser will have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return their item. . Returns during this period, returns may be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. All returns must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging. Any items which have been used or damaged cannot be returned. Items returned during the 30 day period will not be refunded, however, an in store credit will be issued for the purchase amount, less the shipping charges and restocking fees, for future purchases. Returns after the 30 day period will not be accepted.

The purchaser will need to contact Model 1 Sales to receive a Return Material Authorization number to accompany their return. The purchaser will need to include their order number, reason for return, daytime telephone number and return shipping address with their return. If the purchaser does not include all the required information, Model 1 Sales cannot process their return.
